Why is this role important?
Using a high level of initiative and judgement and working with minimal supervision, the Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative support to the President and management personnel.
What You’ll Do
· Maintains data support for Pharmacy banners and head office ie, UPC codes, GS1, SAP, price lists.
· Maintain, prepare, modify and or update documents including marketing material, price lists, agendas,
minutes, budgets, drafts, correspondence, reports, etc.
· Organize presidents’ appointments and schedule.
· Maintain confidential records and files, update passwords.
· Assist sales reps with web issues.
· Coordinate with IT service provider about software/hardware issues.
· Prepare and modify documents including agendas, minutes, travel budget, correspondence, reports, etc.
· Schedule meetings and appointments in the Shared calendar for president
· Support coordination of trade show online events.
· Provides support in the preparation of relevant internal meetings, and other external meetings.
· Coordinates logistics including facilities, accommodations, catering, and appropriate audio-visual equipment where applicable. Assists with the preparation of briefing materials and assembling materials for delivery to committee and advisory group members.
· Participates in special projects by assisting management with planning and follow-up for initiatives.
· Provides a range of administrative support such as maintaining email distribution lists, making travel and
accommodation arrangements, and preparing travel claims. What You’ll Bring to the Table
· College diploma or equivalent experience/education.
· Minimum 2 years related administrative experience at a senior level.
· Ability to manage numerous priorities and urgent requirements simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to
balance workload within a multi-manager environment.
